It is always a good idea to be familiar with the route taken for your driving test in Burlington. We have posted the map below as well as written directions for the route reported by test-takers. This route is one of the most commonly taken for the exam, but it is possible you might have slight variations on the route. Driving instructors and schools are familiar with the routes and will charge you money to take you there. We figured we'd put them up for free here as a public service. Ultimately, the most important thing you need to do is learn how to take a road test regardless of route.

Starting at the test centre:

1. Head west
2. Turn right toward N Service Rd
3. Turn right toward N Service Rd
4. Turn left at the 1st cross street onto N Service Rd
5. Head west on N Service Rd toward Industrial St
6. Turn left onto Brant St/Halton Regional Rd 18
7. Continue to follow Brant St
8. Head southeast on Brant St toward Churchill Ave
9. Turn right onto Leighland Rd
10. Turn right onto Ryckman Common
11. Head southeast on Ryckman Common toward Leighland Rd
12. Turn left onto Leighland Rd
13. Turn left at the 1st cross street onto Brant St
14. Take the Route 403 ramp to Toronto
15. Merge onto ON-403 E
16. Head northeast on ON-403 E
17. Head northeast on ON-403 E
18. Use the right lane to take exit 105 for Walkers Line
19. Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto Walkers Line
20. Turn left onto Harvester Rd
21. Head northeast on Harvester Rd toward Fraser Dr
22. Turn left onto Fraser Dr
23. Turn left
24. Continue straight
25. Head southwest toward Walkers Line
26. Turn right onto Walkers Line
27. Use the right lane to take the Ontario 403/Queen Elizabeth Way ramp to Hamilton
28. Merge onto Queen Elizabeth Way/ON-403 W
29. Head southwest on ON-403 W
30. Use the right lane to take the Guelph Line exit
31. Turn right onto Guelph Line/Halton Regional Rd 1
32. Slight right onto the North Service Road ramp
33. Turn left onto N Service Rd
